Apple Pie Dip
2 cups apples, peeled, cored, and diced
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1tsp water
1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients except cornstarch in a small pan, and cook over medium heat until juice is extract from the apple, and mixture is boiling.
- Add cornstarch mixture, and allow your dip to thicken (1-3 minutes).
- Serve warm or chilled, or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
