Sweet and full of flavor, this fruit salsa is a perfect accompaniment to our cinnamon sugar Croccantini.

2 kiwis, peeled and diced

2 Gold Delicious apples, peeled, cored, and diced

8oz raspberries

1lb fresh strawberries

2 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp brown sugar

3 Tbsp fruit preserves, any flavor


  1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, both white and brown sugar, and preserves.  Cover, and let chill in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Serve with your home-made cinnamon sugar Croccantini.
