Triple the cheese, triple the goodness!

½ lb. sharp cheddar cheese cubed

2oz blue cheese, cut up

3oz cream cheese, cut up

1 tsp caraway seeds

1 tsp paprika

½ cup Guinness Stout

  1. Combine cut up cheeses in food processor
  2. Add caraway seeds, paprika and beer
  3. Pulse until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  5. Serve at room temperature with Roasted Garlic Mini Croccantini crackers!
