Cottage cheese
Thinly sliced plum figs
Thinly sliced plums
Thinly sliced radishes (for a savory option)
Sprouts(if desired)
Flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Freshly grated lemon
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

  1. Spread cottage cheese onto full-size Original Croccantini crackers.
  2. For sweet tartines top with figs and drizzle with honey; top with plums and drizzle with honey.
  3. For savory tartine top with sprouts or radishes and lemon zest. Top with sprouts.
  4. Finish with salt, pepper and oil.
