Pumpkin Pie Dip
8 oz cream cheese, softened
15 oz pumpkin puree
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp ground ginger
3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
3 tsp cinnamon
- Blend cream cheese and pumpkin until mixture is completely smooth.
- Add brown sugar, ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon, mix thoroughly.
- Cover and allow to chill for 1-2 hours.
- Serve with Original Mini Croccantini® crackers.
