
Blue and Red Berry Bruchetta
Sweet, fresh berries in a savory dressing on crunchy Croccantini; what’s not to love?
1/2 cup strawberries, diced
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberries
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh basil chiffonade
- Combine all the berries in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together vinegar, honey, and garlic, then drizzle over berries.
- Stir in basil, and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop. Serve on Original Mini Croccantini.
Optional: Add a dab of fresh ricotta to each Croccantini cracker before adding berries.
