A light, easy appetizer with a surprisingly complex depth.

12 small fresh strawberries, hulled

12 fresh basil leaves

3oz brie cheese, cut into 12 small pieces (about 1/2 by 1 inches)

1 cup balsamic vinegar

1. Boil balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan until syrupy and reduced to about 1/4 cup, approximately 10-14 minutes.

2. Place a piece of brie, then a basil leaf, and then a strawberry on a Mini Original Croccantini.  Repeat 11 more times.

3. Drizzle strawberry brie bites with balsamic glaze immediately before serving.
