1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy!)

1 Tbsp brown sugar

1 Tbsp rice vinegar

2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

3 Tbsp chili garlic sauce

2 cloves garlic

1/4 tsp sea salt, or more to taste

 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor with 3 tbsp of hot water until they are smoothly blended and you have reached your desired consistency.  If the dip is too thin, add more peanut butter.  If it is too thick, add more hot water.
  2. Serve and enjoy, or cover and refrigerate for up to one week.
