Deviled Cheese Toasts
8oz sharp cheddar, grated
1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. pimientos
Sea salt and hot sauce to taste
- Preheat broiler.
- Combine cheddar, pickles, mayonnaise, and pimientos in a medium bowl. Season with salt and hot sauce to taste.
- Spread cheese mixture on Croccantini and broil until melted, 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
