Sundried Tomato Dip
8oz cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes in oil, roughly chopped (about 8 tomatoes)
1 tsp Kosher salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
10 dashes of hot sauce
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1. Place cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, sundried tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce into food processor.
2. Puree until smooth, about 20 seconds, stopping once to scrap down sides of the processor.
3. Add green onions and pulse twice to distribute them evenly.
4. Serve, or store in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
