A simple recipe combining the clean, savory flavors of smoked salmon and cottage cheese into one delectable bite!
3 Tbsp. low-fat cottage cheese
2 slices tomato
1 oz. smoked salmon
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
Scallions (if desired)
- Spread cottage cheese on your favorite Croccantini (we recommend Cracked Pepper), and top with tomato, smoked salmon, and seasonings to taste.
