2 slices tomato

1 oz. smoked salmon

Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste

Scallions (if desired)

  1. Spread cottage cheese on your favorite Croccantini (we recommend Cracked Pepper), and top with tomato, smoked salmon, and seasonings to taste.
