A classic, simple appetizer perfect for last-minute entertaining.

2 cups canned crushed tomatoes

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup golden raisins

1 small wheel creamy aged goat cheese

Red pepper flakes

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Sea salt to taste

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet, and add tomatoes, vinegar, raisins, red pepper, and salt to taste.  Boil until thickened, about five minutes.
  2. Spoon chutney onto a plate, and top with goat cheese wheel.
