Garlic Chive Dip
1/2 cup roasted garlic cloves
1 cup sour cream
1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp. milk
1/3 cup chopped chives, plus more for topping
Coarse sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- In a food processor, process roasted garlic until smooth. Add sour cream, yogurt, and milk.
- Transfer to a medium fair, and stir in chives. Season with salt and pepper, and top with chives before serving. Alternatively, cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
