Charleston Cheese Dip
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 8oz. package of cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Monterrey Jack cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Cayenne pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, mixed mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterrey Jack cheese, green onions, and cayenne pepper, and transfer to a shallow baking dish, such as a pie pan.
- Crumble a few of your favorite Croccantini over the mixture, and bake at 350F until heated through, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and top with bacon. Serve immediately with more Croccantini, or refrigerate for up to one week.
