Cheesy bacon goodness, perfect for entertaining at home or for bringing to your next potluck!

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 8oz. package of cream cheese, softened

1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Monterrey Jack cheese

2 green onions, finely chopped

8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Cayenne pepper to taste

  1. In a medium bowl, mixed mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterrey Jack cheese, green onions, and cayenne pepper, and transfer to a shallow baking dish, such as a pie pan.
  2. Crumble a few of your favorite Croccantini over the mixture, and bake at 350F until heated through, about 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven, and top with bacon.  Serve immediately with more Croccantini, or refrigerate for up to one week.
