Camembert with Apple and Thyme
2 tbsp mild honey
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
1 crisp red apple, such as Gala or Honeycrisp
4oz ripe Camembert
- Heat the honey and thyme in a small bowl in the microwave until bubbling, about 30 seconds. Remove and let stand to allow the honey to absorb the thyme essence.
- Juice lemon, then rub apple slices with lemon juice. Spread cheese onto Croccantini, then top with apple slices. Drizzle honey on top, and serve immediately.
