An exquisitely flavorful appetizer, sure to impress at any dinner party.

10 medium-sized scallops

12 pieces of bacon

Cayenne pepper and sea salt to taste

  1. Wrap the bacon around the scallops, and secure tightly with a metal skewer.  You may thread two scallops on per skewer, but make sure that they do not touch.  Season both sides with cayenne and salt to taste.
  2. Heat up the grill and place scallops on grill.  Keep turning until bacon becomes charred, brown, and slightly crispy.  Serve immediately.
