10 medium-sized scallops
12 pieces of bacon
Cayenne pepper and sea salt to taste
- Wrap the bacon around the scallops, and secure tightly with a metal skewer. You may thread two scallops on per skewer, but make sure that they do not touch. Season both sides with cayenne and salt to taste.
- Heat up the grill and place scallops on grill. Keep turning until bacon becomes charred, brown, and slightly crispy. Serve immediately.
