La Panzanella Artisanal Foods Co.® began as a small, local deli in the heart of Seattle, Washington.  We’ve grown since the early days, but still hold to the same core values that we did back then: quality, community, and family.  This is why we’ve pledged to donate at least half a million of our Croccantini® crackers each year to support the causes we think are most important.

We provide to the Northwest Harvest foodbank in Seattle, and to Second Harvest foodbank in Charlotte.  To give back to the communities that have supported us over the years, we donate to events and programs for local non-profit organizations; for a full list, please see below.  By giving what we can to organizations we believe in, we’re doing our part to make the world a better place, and we hope you will too.

The following is a list of some of our favorite charities to whom we donate:

Northwest Harvest Logo Northwest Harvest is Washington’s own statewide hunger relief agency. Their mission is leading the fight for hungry people statewide to have access to nutritious food while respecting their dignity and promoting good health. Their vision is ending hunger in Washington.

Boys and Girls Club Logo Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington’s (BGCGW) 14 sites … serve as safe havens for their members. The clubs are open when schools are not, and provide a safe, comfortable, and fun alternative to youth who would otherwise be home alone or on the street… Clubs welcome every child, adolescent, or teenager for a nominal annual membership fee, but will not turn any child away for inability to pay.

Second Harvest Logo Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina1 (SHFBM) strives through education, advocacy, and partnerships to eliminate hunger by the solicitation and distribution of food. SHFBM has been in existence since 1981.

Other nonprofits we have supported include:

Art With Heart

Autism Speaks

San Gennaro Foundation

Seattle Theater Group

Seattle University Dance Marathon

Specialty Food Foundation

Washington State Thespians

Whole Kids Foundation

1 “Metrolina” refers to the Greater Metropolitan area of Charlotte, Carolina.
