Kid Friendly Healthy Italian Nachos

  • 1 bag Original Croccantini
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can of chilies
  1. Turn broiler on low.
  2. Break the Croccantini into bite sized pieces and place on an oven safe casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle chilies and cheese on the crackers.
  4. Place in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until just melted.
  5. Serve with sour cream and salsa and enjoy!
