Kid Friendly Healthy Italian Nachos
- 1 bag Original Croccantini
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup salsa
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small can of chilies
- Turn broiler on low.
- Break the Croccantini into bite sized pieces and place on an oven safe casserole dish.
- Sprinkle chilies and cheese on the crackers.
- Place in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until just melted.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa and enjoy!
